MC weather stations serve 30+ countries and support 40+GW of global PV projects, delivering reliable and accurate weather monitoring from extreme deserts to tropical rainforests.
To date, MC weather stations have served more than 30 countries across the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Central Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
From extreme desert heat and sandstorms to tropical rainforests, salt-laden islands, and cold highlands, diverse climates demand reliable and durable weather monitoring equipment. Backed by 19 years of in-house R&D and manufacturing experience, MC weather stations provide accurate and stable meteorological data for utility-scale PV and PV-plus-storage projects worldwide.

Middle East: Extreme Heat and Dust
Countries served: Saudi Arabia, Oman, UAE, Egypt, Jordan, Iraq
With summer temperatures exceeding 50°C in some areas and frequent dust and sandstorms, the Middle East presents demanding conditions for outdoor equipment.
MC weather stations feature IP66 or higher protection and anodized aluminum housings, providing strong resistance to dust, sand, and harsh environments.
Representative projects include Saudi Arabia PIF4 Haden 2GW, PIF6 6.8GW, Saudi Round 5 1.4GW, Oman Ibri III 700MWp + 150MWh, Iraq 1GW, and Egypt Abydos 1.6GW PV-storage projects.

Africa: Deserts, Savannas and Rainforests
Countries served: Algeria, Somalia, Burkina Faso, Zimbabwe, Congo, Zambia
Africa's diverse climate ranges from hot and dry deserts to tropical savannas and humid rainforests.
MC weather stations are designed for wide environmental conditions and continuously monitor irradiance, temperature, humidity, wind speed, rainfall, and other key parameters, supporting PV plant operation and energy yield assessment.

Southeast Asia: High Humidity and Heavy Rainfall
Countries served: Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Brunei, Singapore, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia
High humidity, heavy rainfall, and strong UV exposure can cause condensation, corrosion, and mechanical sensor failures.
MC weather stations use non-mechanical sensing technology, reducing wear and mechanical failure risks. MC systems have been deployed in the Philippines Terra One 1.4GWp PV + 3.3GWh energy storage project and floating PV projects in Malaysia.

South Asia: Tropical Islands and Salt-Fog Corrosion
Countries served: Bangladesh, Maldives
Hot, humid, and salt-laden island environments create significant corrosion challenges for outdoor monitoring equipment.
MC weather stations feature sealed aluminum housings and strong corrosion resistance and have been supplied for energy projects across 68 islands in the Maldives.

Central Asia, Europe and Latin America
Countries served: Uzbekistan, Armenia, Serbia, Italy, Chile, El Salvador, Suriname
From the extreme temperature variations of Central Asia to European continental and Mediterranean climates, and from the Atacama Desert to tropical rainforests in Latin America, MC weather stations are designed for diverse environmental conditions.
MC systems have been deployed on projects including a 500MW PV project in Uzbekistan, providing continuous and reliable meteorological monitoring.
